Our
Born beneath the shadow of the Jalisco volcano, Acosta Tequila was conceptualized by Frank Acosta with a passion and vision to honor the ancestral methods of tequila production while embracing the refinement of contemporary luxury.
In France, Frank studied oak and aging, understanding how wood, fire, and time shape character in the glass. Every choice from barrel selection to resting time was made slowly and deliberately.
The goal was never to be everywhere, it was to create a tequila that felt as considered as a piece of art.
Drawn to the jaguar as a powerful symbol in Mesoamerican culture, Frank also travelled deep into the Amazon to see the majestic animal in its natural habitat. Days passed in dense jungle and along quiet rivers before a single jaguar finally appeared, moving through the water with effortless control. That encounter turned admiration into responsibility and helped define the promise behind Acosta, a tequila that honors its origins, respects the world it comes from, and carries a name its founder is proud to stand behind.

Acosta Tequila began as a personal pursuit for founder Frank Acosta as a way to reconnect with his Mexican roots. Curiosity turned into commitment as he learned the craft from the inside out, spending time in the fields, barrel rooms, and tasting rooms with people who have devoted their lives to tequila.
